Mis-spellings - apart from those that would lend the opposite meaning or make an unfindable address - are not valid reasons for compensation.

Disputes over drawings and graphics - except where the General Manager agrees they are wholly incompatible with the message - will likewise be held as invalid reasons for compensation. The General Manager 's decision remains final in all matters of dispute over advertising. In NO circumstances will compensation exceed a replacement advertisement of the same size.

Where proofs are involved we reserve the right to delay publication until such a time that the proof can be made and permission to publish has been acknowledged by the advertiser. This does not affect the advertisers' right to have alterations made to series advertisements at no extra charge. Box numbers may be used by an advertiser.
